We are recruiting for a full-time Teacher of Music to join one of our welcoming Secondary Academies based in Pontefract. You will be responsible for the delivery of creative and innovative music lessons that engage students of all abilities and promote positive progression and understanding of the subject. The role is available with immediate start for the right applicant and has the potential to become permanent.
The Secondary Academy is part of the Pontefract Academies Trust, offering a challenging and rewarding curriculum for students aged 11-16 years. They are proud of the first-class education all students receive and aim to support them to make outstanding progress through high quality teaching, intervention and support.
You can expect to earn up to £230 per day for this role depending on experience.
We are seeking a Teacher with:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for their subject
* Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum
* An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us
* Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship
