On a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, we are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist who is passionate about the potential for new technology transforming healthcare and the improvement it can make to patients and their wellbeing.
As part of our Clinical Content Team, you will be creating, revising and maintaining accurate and up to date clinical content. You will be a logical and independent thinker, responsible for providing clinical advice and expertise to Clinician Clinical Content Editors, Clinical Directors and across the organisation. You will also be contributing to the clinical safety and quality of the HealthHero products and their content.
You will:
* Undertake literature reviews and create evidence reports which are reviewed by an expert panel of public health experts, for creation of/ updates to our disease risk models.
* Be able to create, revise and maintain accurate and up to date clinical content.
* Be able to create, develop and maintain algorithms, risk-based calculations and any other type of clinical content appropriate for use in digital healthcare products and utilised by HealthHero based on a clinician's logic.
* Have knowledge of and experience of the build and testing process.
* Understand and contribute to the release process for all products.
* Summarise complex content regarding build for others to understand; be able to present formally and informally.
* Where appropriate, question and challenge processes and the status quo regarding build to ensure effectiveness of systems and approaches.
* When necessary, be asked to deputise for the Clinical Director. This may include supervising others, clinically approving work, and managing the release process.
Requirements
You will:
* Be an experienced and fully qualified physiotherapist with full professional registration with the HCPC.
* Be able to travel to our London or Bracknell office at least once a fortnight.
* Have education or experience in Public/Population Health and ideally in remote healthcare.
* Have experience reviewing and critically appraising literature.
* Have the ability to develop effective working relationships with a variety of individuals.
* Be able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Computer competency (Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn to use new software.
* Possess strong team-working, written and verbal communication, clinical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Be keen on learning new technology skills including designing and building algorithms.
* Possess strong abstract and analytical skills to translate guidelines into decision making algorithms.
Desired:
* Previous experience in care pathways design or evidence-based practice.
* Prior experience working with disease risk calculations or models.
