What we're looking for: Proven experience in a PA or senior administrative role. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience in HR administration, including recruitment and employee record management. Excellent minute-taking skills for meetings and events. Ability to manage a busy schedule, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). A professional and flexible attitude, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. Skills & Attributes: Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
