An exciting new opportunity has been created for an Agile Transformation Lead. We are seeking an individual with experience as an Engineering Manager or Lead Project Manager familiar with Agile practices to become the UK Agile Transformation Lead (Engineering and Project Management). Your role will involve delivering a multi-year programme to transform Engineering and Project Management practices, processes, and tooling to foster a more Agile culture across Leonardo Electronics UK.
What you'll do as an Agile Transformation Lead
You will be responsible for:
1. Establishing and maintaining an Agile transformation strategy for Engineering and Project Management
2. Developing and executing a rollout plan
3. Collaborating with process owners and stakeholders within Engineering and across the wider business
4. Selecting and supporting pilot programmes in adopting Agile techniques
5. Developing supporting infrastructure, processes, tooling, reports, and dashboards
6. Providing training, coaching, mentoring, and other Learning & Development initiatives
7. Engaging with senior management and external stakeholders on Agile principles and benefits
8. Engaging with external industry bodies and expertise
9. Promoting an Agile culture
10. Supervising Leonardo staff involved in the rollout
11. Managing third-party contracts and relationships
12. Controlling budgets
