We're currently recruiting a dedicated Front Of House Team Member to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supervising a small team, creating a positive environment where your team feels welcomed and supported
* Being a responsible key holder
* Using the till, taking orders and receiving payments
* Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
* Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
* Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
* Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team is proactive at all times
* Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
* Complying with Health & Safety regulations
Our ideal Front Of House Team Member will:
* Have previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
* Possess good communication skills to liaise with a wide range of team members and customers
* Be able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulations laid down in the staff handbook and unit policy statements, regarding uniform, personal hygiene, and health and safety
* Be customer service focused
* Be a team player with a can-do attitude
* Take pride in personal appearance and hygiene
* Be self-motivated and able to use own initiative
* Be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
