Office hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturdays and 10am to 6pm on Sundays. – One in three weekends worked.
Your new role
Enthusiastically quote and sell luxury experiences, leaving every potential client in awe of your friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism. Highlight our unbeatable prices and exceptional service promises.
Promptly follow up with everyone who has received a quote but hasn’t booked yet.
Clearly explain reservation terms and conditions, collect payments, and meticulously ensure all elements of the holiday are accurately booked and charged. Pay special attention to dietary and mobility needs.
Make precise amendments to client bookings as needed and relay details to our Customer Services team.
Address any client questions with a deep understanding of our products, services, features, and pricing.
Keep yourself updated with the latest industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
Travel to various destinations to gain first-hand knowledge of our products, enhancing your performance.
What you’ll need to succeed
Previous customer service experience
Have your own car and a full driving licence.
Be based in Reading
Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills are imperative while dealing with clients who are high-net-worth individuals.
You must also have problem-solving skills, be a team player, have good time-management skills.
What you’ll get in return
Basic annual salary of £24,500 per annum with OTE of £27,000 plus tax-free incentives.
Progression opportunities after 2 successful years with the company.
