Your main duties will include caring for surgical patients, helping them with their daily personal care needs, manual handling, and monitoring their clinical condition. Also you will have the opportunity to gain and acquire new learning opportunities to improve your knowledge and skills., As a member of the team be able to prioritise and contribute to the delivery of high standards of care to patients, families and their carers in a safe and supportive environment under the direction of a registered practitioner. As part of the wider team assist in developing and maintaining services provided to patients and contribute to the safe, efficient and smooth running of the ward/clinical area/department. To maintain the dignity and privacy of all patients and their families and carers and respect their right to confidentiality.
