They have a rare opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join their small, successful team to assist in the organisation of tours and to provide exceptional service to existing customers on a temporary basis to cover their busiest period.
Temporary Operations Assistant- Role & Responsibilities:
* Assisting with enquiries to make and amend customer reservations.
* Checking and sending ticket and information packs according to tight deadlines.
* Researching relevant destinations to provide information both in house and externally.
* Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email.
* Organising guest lists for check-in staff.
Temporary Operations Assistant- Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience in the travel / hospitality / Events industry preferred.
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Personable, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent general administrative skills.
Temporary Operations Assistant- Additional Information:
* Paying £12-14ph DOE.
* Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30.
* Central location.
* Hybrid working.
* Car parking costs are reimbursed by the company.
