IT Support Engineer – Managed Services
Letchworth, Hertfordshire | Working hours are 9:00 to 5:30, Monday to Friday, with flexibility | Up to £40,000 per annum
Our client is a nationwide IT support organisation established in 1988 working in partnership with manufacturers, software houses, and system integrators. They offer their clients a structured “break fix” service along with engineering resources for installations and rollouts.
Are you the right person for the job?
1. 2+ years in IT support with a focus on Microsoft 365
2. Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 admin panels, PowerShell scripting
3. Knowledge of Entra ID, Azure Hosting, Azure PIM
4. Microsoft 365 certifications preferred but not required
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
6. Customer service oriented
What will your role look like?
1. Provide first-level support for Microsoft 365 issues and user devices
2. Administer services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams & InTune
3. Manage user accounts, security, and Active Directory
4. Work with Microsoft Purview for compliance and data governance
5. Maintain operational hardware fleet and document procedures
6. Conduct basic user training and monitor service health
