IT Support Engineer – Managed Services | Letchworth, Hertfordshire | Working hours are 9:00 to 5:30, Monday to Friday, with flexibility | Up to £40,000 per annum
Our client is a nationwide IT support organisation established in 1988 working in partnership with manufacturers, software houses, and system integrators. They offer their clients a structured “break fix” service along with engineering resources for installations and rollouts.
Are you the right person for the job?
* 2+ years in IT support with a focus on Microsoft 365
* Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 admin panels, PowerShell scripting
* Knowledge of Entra ID, Azure Hosting, Azure PIM
* Microsoft 365 certifications preferred but not required
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer service oriented
What will your role look like?
* Provide first-level support for Microsoft 365 issues and user devices
* Administer services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams & InTune
* Manage user accounts, security, and Active Directory
* Work with Microsoft Purview for compliance and data governance
* Maintain operational hardware fleet and document procedures
* Conduct basic user training and monitor service health
