Key Responsibilities
* Lead complex employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance management, providing expert guidance to managers throughout these processes while ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
* Oversee comprehensive recruitment campaigns from job design through to onboarding, including crafting job descriptions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and developing structured onboarding programs for new starters.
* Manage and develop HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with current legislation and best practice, while implementing effective communication strategies to ensure company-wide understanding and compliance.
* Design and deliver engaging training programs across various HR topics including performance management, leadership development, and compliance, monitoring effectiveness and adapting content based on feedback.
Requirements
* CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years HR Advisor experience.
* Experience with HR systems and databases.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Problem-solving abilities.
* Discretion with confidential information.
