Van Ninja is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AdministrationAssistant to join our leasing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working closely with customers and internal teams, this could be the perfect role for you Key Responsibilities: Generate leasing quotes using pricing tools Progress finance applications and resolve any issues that arise Act as a liaison between partner companies and customers to ensure seamless communication Coordinate with the Fleet team to confirm delivery dates and other logistics Create vehicle invoices for partner companies Provide aftercare support and seek feedback from customers Support the sales team where necessary to help drive business success Skills, Knowledge & Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role Goal-oriented with a strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with customers from various sectors (commercial and retail) A willingness to learntraining will be provided on all products and services Join our Van Ninja team and contribute to our success in the leasing industry.
