Howden is looking for an HR Benefits & Wellbeing Analyst to manage and improve our benefits programs across the group. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring efficient and compliant benefits processes for both existing and newly acquired entities as Howden continues to grow. As an HR Benefits & Wellbeing Analyst, you will help streamline benefits administration and contribute innovative solutions to enhance our employee offerings. You will also support our Wellbeing strategy by promoting employee engagement and wellness education throughout the group. Please note this is a full-time, permanent role based in our Central London office. You will follow a hybrid work pattern and will be expected to be onsite 2-3 days per week on average. Role Responsibilities: Act as first point of contact for all benefit queries that arise through our various contact streams. Assure good data management and maintain accurate employee records and deal with sensitive employee correspondence suitably. Effective partnering with the Howden Employee Benefits team and HR Business Partners. Work closely with HR Employee Services and Payroll to ensure efficient processing of employee cost changes. Handle all benefit communications ensuring employee engagement. Monthly reconciliation of invoices and approvals. Support with the provision of management information Deliver a smooth process for our annual benefits enrolment window. Delivers high quality advice to the business in a practical and simplified manner. Provides relevant information and ad hoc reporting to senior management. Manages assigned tasks and contributes to wider benefits projects as required. Role Requirements: Prior experience in an HR assistant, coordination, or similar role is preferred. Familiarity with Workday and/or experience in benefits or wellbeing administration is advantageous. Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset. Excellent prioritization and organizational skills. Self-motivated with a focus on providing high-quality service. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders. What do we offer in return? A career that you define.
