The Role: Accounts Payable Administrator
As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality service to both internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to supplier terms
* Completing monthly statement reconciliations within set deadlines
* Ensuring weekly payment runs align with supplier payment terms
* Assisting the Finance Manager with payment runs
* Developing your knowledge and skills within the Accounts Payable team to provide cover when needed
* Ensuring compliance with CIS regulations when processing invoices and verifying subcontractors
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in an accounts department or within Purchase Ledger is advantageous
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a professional approach
* Strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
