We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in growing our market presence globally. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in business development/sales, particularly within the T&D sector or analogous industries, coupled with a strong understanding of power system operations. Additionally, a proven track record in tender submissions and contract proposals is advantageous.
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets, building a robust pipeline of potential project.
Tender Submissions & Contract Proposals: Lead the preparation and submission of detailed tenders and contract proposals, ensuring technical and commercial excellence.Technical Sales Expertise: Effectively communicate the technical and commercial benefits of AssetCool’s products, leveraging engineering-led sales approaches.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product development, and marketing teams to ensure sales strategies align with company objectives.
Travel: Represent AssetCool at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, with significant international travel required.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in overhead lines, but experience in the transmission and distribution sector more broadly (substations, GIS, power system components) is welcome.
A track record of success in business development and driving growth in technical markets.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
