Assistant Contract Manager Location- London (40% onsite, 60% wfh- no set days onsite) Duration- 6 Months (Potential perm or extension after project) Salary C.£62,000 per annum Job Purpose You'll join us in the Contracts team, which manages the contractual arrangements across the group and its service recipients, both externally and internally (Equity Investments, Insurance, etc). As an Assistant Contracts Manager, your primary focus will be to oversight and influence both internal and external partners when shaping contractual changes. Helping colleagues in their understanding of service provision and offer guidance on maintaining compliance with ring-fencing regulations, considering any changes to services or the Group's structure. Key Responsibilities • You'll be the go-to person for our Service Providers and Recipients, making sure they fully understand our services. You'll also advise and influence them on compliance with ring-fencing regulations when there are changes in services or our Group’s structure. • Build and maintain positive relationships with key colleagues, ensuring they understand and align with our strategic goals. Encourage colleagues at all levels to adopt standard methodologies and make informed decisions that lead to mutual success. • You'll create and share important updates with partners, keeping them informed about any changes and what they mean for them. • You'll handle the negotiation of contract changes, ensuring everything is completed on time and meets our Group standards. Plus, you'll keep an eye on contracts to make sure they're compliant and performing well. • You'll identify, assess, and handle any risks and issues related to our service provision and contracts. • You'll look for ways to improve our processes and implement changes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
