Secret Bay is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of dining operations at our luxurious resort. The ideal candidate will manage staff, curate menus, and ensure exceptional service to our guests. Responsibility
* Oversee daily food and beverage operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
* Lead and manage the dining staff, including training and scheduling.
* Coordinate with chefs to develop seasonal menus and special dining events.
* Maintain inventory levels for all food and beverage supplies.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
* Collaborate with management to enhance guest dining experiences.
Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
* Knowledge of fine dining and culinary trends.
* Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
* Proficiency in restaurant management software.
* Attention to detail and high standards for service quality.
