Description
As Senior Associate you will:
* Manage a varied caseload of employment matters.
* Attend / Represent at Tribunal hearings for: unfair dismissal, TUPE, discrimination, redundancy.
* Provide representation at internal client hearings such as disciplinaries, dismissals, grievances, appeals and investigations.
* Provide written and verbal advise in litigated and non-litigated matters.
* Contribute to business development and build positive relationships across the firm.
Profile
The successful applicant will have 5+ years experience as a Solicitor or CILEx and have:
* Advocacy experience.
* Willingness to travel.
* Good client care skills.
* The ability to supervise and inspire others.
