Monarch Education is working with a large cluster of primary schools located in the NN3 area of Northampton and we are currently recruiting for individuals to fill a number of Primary Teaching roles with a September start. You are not required to have a teaching qualification to be successful but holding QTS is preferred. You must have to date and relevant experience working with young people. This is a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or someone who is potentially looking to start a career in education. You must be confident in covering large primary classes and have an adaptable and engaging approach. This position will allow you to gain experience managing a variety of lessons and building rapport with students. This is a chance to develop teaching and strong classroom management skills in an environment where planning will always be in place.
