We are working with a leading global entertainment company to find a highly organised and experienced Travel Manager to join their busy Global Travel Services team. This role will focus on delivering cost-effective, user-centric, safety-focused, and regulatory-compliant travel solutions to the global team.
Ideally, candidates will have a solid background in managing travel on a multinational scale with strong knowledge of TMC/GDS/OBT and a GBTA/CIPS qualification. Candidates will also ideally have worked in a creative/entertainment environment.
Strong communication skills are essential as this role will involve working closely with senior stakeholders, presenting reports, and being involved in meetings, events, and conferences.
Duties will include:
* Travel Program Management: Streamline global travel services for employees, balancing regional needs with continuous improvement.
* Operational Oversight: Administer travel policies, systems, and processes with key stakeholders to ensure efficiency.
* Cost Efficiency: Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation and performance review, while driving cost-saving strategies.
* Employee Experience: Standardise policies and processes to provide equitable travel experiences across all locations.
* Duty of Care: Strengthen safety, tracking, communication, and risk management to uphold employee well-being.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to travel regulations, including GDPR, immigration, and post-Brexit requirements.
* Collaboration: Support cross-departmental initiatives with teams such as FinSys, DEI, Accounting, and Business Continuity.
This role will be office-based 2-3 days a week and work from home 1-2 days a week.
