Location - this role is based in our head office - Sunderland
Purpose of Role
The role of the Vista sales manager for Trade West and Cruise is to drive performance and sales through destination specific sales teams, working closely with the Trade West and Cruise Product managers to achieve the Vista sales and product mix strategy.
Main Responsibilities
1. Inspiring and leading sales team leaders to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Conduct meaningful 1-2-1 sessions with team leaders and sales agents; include coaching and development plans and work with individuals to improve performance.
3. Create a high energy and high performing sales environment driving optimal results by engaging with the team, using team meetings, buzz sessions and incentives.
4. Completion and updating of weekly and monthly sales trackers, dashboards, reporting on Vista sales performance; taking accountability for team results.
5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all Vista products and processes as well as monitoring industry best practices and competitor activity.
6. Uphold a positive, supportive and engaging leadership style when communicating and rolling out changes/updates or driving new initiatives.
7. Work closely with internal departments, providing 360 feedback on any ongoing marketing campaigns, incentives and initiatives.
8. Responsible for driving a positive staff retention rate and improving employee tenure.
9. Responsible for delivering high scores on employee engagement surveys.
10. Working to tight deadlines and delivering reports in a timely manner.
11. Contribute positively to the team and success of the company.
12. Lead by example with demonstrating our SMILE values at all times.

1. Previous experience as a sales agent or sales manager, with proven track record in consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
