We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
* Provide product information and answer customer queries
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements:
* Fluency in both Lithuanian and English
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
