Description ADI now have a new opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our team based from our EMEA Head Office in Oldham, Manchester. The HR Business Partner is a key role in our organisation, whereby you are providing comprehensive HR support to our operations. As a strategic partner to local leadership, you will be pivotal in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, driving organisational effectiveness, and fostering a positive work culture. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong HR background and a passion for partnering with diverse teams across different regions. JOB DUTIES: Partner with local leadership teams to understand business objectives, organisational dynamics, and talent needs. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement. Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of HR policies, programs, and initiatives across regions, while also addressing local needs and compliance requirements. Drive employee engagement and retention efforts through effective communication, feedback mechanisms, and initiatives tailored to the unique cultural and operational context. Lead or support various HR projects and initiatives. Proactively identify HR trends, issues, and opportunities and develop strategies to address them in partnership with local leadership. Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations, ensuring adherence to relevant legal requirements and company policies. Support the recruitment process for key roles within the region, working closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process. Analyse HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance organisational performance. Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements. YOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or similar HR certification (e.g., CIPD) preferred. Progressive HR experience, including business partnering roles supporting multiple regions or countries. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and change management. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to drive HR initiatives and projects from concept to implementation, with a focus on delivering measurable results and continuous improvement.
