You will manage a caseload involving single assessments and short-term interventions, participate in the Duty system weekly to address child protection issues, and maintain time-management and prioritization skills. Regular supervision involves setting goals and strategies in collaboration with a supervisor. You will monitor demands and report resource shortfalls, ensure information security by developing accurate case records, and seek available translation services when necessary. Promoting a child-focused approach, you will ensure children's views are heard and life journey work is completed appropriately. Additionally, you will contribute to service delivery improvements by attending team meetings and provide cover for other team members as needed.
