Cleaning Operative Key Responsibilities:
1. To undertake general cleaning duties to the prescribed standards as detailed in the site specification including:
1. Cleaning interior surfaces, furnishings, fixtures, and fittings.
2. Cleaning floors and floor coverings.
3. Maintaining the internal environment.
4. Servicing toilet areas; cleaning all toilet appliances (toilets, sinks, etc.) and replenishing customer supplies (e.g., toilet rolls).
5. Clearing and removing rubbish and other items from areas as detailed by the site specification and ensuring the security of all areas at completion of duties.
6. Maintaining stocks of cleaning materials, ordering from suppliers where required, and controlling the usage of materials while ensuring the cleaning cupboard is kept tidy at all times.
7. Reporting any problems on site to the supervisor/account manager for immediate rectification.
8. Undertaking any other reasonable duties/request commensurate with this position as designated by the account manager/supervisor/client/company.
DBS will need to be processed before employment, so documentation will be required.
