As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to nurture and grow existing client relationships while leading teams to acquire new clients within our Strategic accounts segment. Working closely with our Customer Experience (CX) team and other departments, you'll ensure that SHI's clients receive unparalleled service and value. This role reports directly to the Strategic Sales Leadership and requires attendance at a local SHI office 1-2 days a week, along with regular customer visits. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of a customer and/or partner organization for the purposes of building relationships and driving sales growth. Obtaining ongoing Sales Certifications is a Learning & Development requirement of this role. Unique Requirements This role is 50% remote and 50% at an SHI location. The International Account Director will be expected to come into a local UK-based office 1-3 days a week and make regular customer visits. Additional Information Business working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 with a 30-minute lunch break. However due to the nature of the role, with its international reach and shared projects, working outside of these hours to service business needs will occur occasionally, and employees are expected to be readily available in these eventualities. Base salary DOE alongside uncapped commission.
