Overview
As we continue to grow, we are looking for additional administrative support in our Milton Keynes branch between the hours of 1 PM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be proficient in administrative tasks. Join our team and help us maintain our high standards of service, professionalism, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Perform general clerical duties including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
* Manage phone calls and email correspondence in a professional manner.
* Advise our customers on the legalisation process and address any concerns they may have.
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
* Update and maintain internal systems with accurate information (Shopify and Wix).
* Assist in the physical preparation and processing of documents for FCDO submission.
* Help organise and dispatch documents to clients.
Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail.
* A legal background preferred (paralegal experience, legal assistant, or relevant qualification preferred).
* Must be based in Milton Keynes.
* Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is advantageous but not required.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
* Strong organisational skills to manage office tasks effectively.
* Punctuality and reliability.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00 per hour
