CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER
£29,000, 8.30-5.30, Mon to Fri, 1 hour lunch, Bedford Area, start date as soon as possible.
Our client, a well-respected and successful Marketing organisation seeks a Client Account Manager (reporting to the Account Team Leader) to develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts.
The role is the primary face of the business; you will be a ‘people person’ with a genuine interest in building relationships and understanding clients’ requirements.
KEY FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE:
• manage client expectations
• manage internal support provision
• manage own time and objectives
KEY TASKS INCLUDE:
Maintaining contact with clients by e-mail, phone and face to face whilst taking calls and responding to client needs
Holding regular review meetings with clients
Producing regular client reports for the Company
Providing information for the monitoring and management of client profitability
Briefing and checking invoices for clients ensuring the profitability of client accounts
Assisting with the compilation of departmental reports
