Lead, mentor, and develop an internal PPC team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-performing paid search campaigns. Strategise and deliver JQB’s paid search, shopping, and display strategies across multiple UK and international websites with a multi-million pound click budget. Efficiently communicate actionable analysis and execute improvements to help drive incremental conversions. Take ownership of PPC budgets, optimising spend to maximise ROI and deliver sustainable growth. Analyse performance data, generate actionable insights, and implement strategies for ongoing improvement. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, testing new channels and approaches to drive better performance. Take an innovative approach to PPC, sharing your prior knowledge, experience, new approaches and enthusiasm with the wider Marketing Team. Who are we looking for? You may have a variety of the below: An understanding of how macroeconomic trends and political events impact financial markets. Proven experience in managing large-scale paid search campaigns, particularly on Google and Bing Ads, within an eCommerce environment. Experience leading and growing a team, with strong collaboration skills. Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and derive insights that lead to improved campaign performance. Knowledge of other PPC platforms and strategies, and how they can benefit a fast-moving eCommerce business. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving ambitious goals. Be willing to approach things differently and challenge the norm.
