SLC now have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Advisor – Projects to join our team. The Learning Advisor will be responsible for designing an impactful learning solution, develop the appropriate materials and deliver learning to colleagues impacted by the changes being implemented in the deployments of new functionality, policy and/or process. The successful candidate will determine and document the success of the programme of learning through effective evaluation, and from that, the wider team and function can take lessons learned and actively demonstrate SLC’s commitment to continuous improvement. SLC offer a blended working model which will typically be 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. What you bring: Experience of successful learning design and delivery through a combination of face-to-face (virtual and in-person), online and communications modes. Ability to carry out learning gap analysis, identifying learning needs, the appropriate learning solutions for varied audiences and commit to the recommendation of that solution Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including experience of building effective working relationships, negotiation and risk management. Experience in measuring impact of learning initiatives, drawing conclusions and implementing lessons learned. Experience of working with frontline operational teams and their management. Experience of working collaboratively with others effectively. Substantial experience of evidence-led, independent decision making. Varied experience of communicating effectively, through any medium, with colleagues at any and all levels across an organisation. High degree of comfort challenging appropriately and when being challenged. Experience working successfully managing multiple work items simultaneously and competing priorities.
