* Location: Natwest/Ulster Bank, Belfast City Centre - office based training and grad bay. Hybrid once training complete. Great public transport links!
* Shifts: Full time - 40hrs per week - hours worked between 07:00 and 01:00
* Training Duration: 3 weeks training onsite, 4 weeks grad bay onsite
Description of the Job:
Provide a proactive and reactive service to ensure that our customers meet all of their financial arrangements in-line with their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service at first point of contact to help the organisation achieve its goals.
* Educate customers on the different ways they can do their banking and support them in choosing the right service options.
* Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
* Take actions to deliver good customer outcomes, regularly reviewing and addressing any gaps identified.

What you'll do:
In this role, you’ll conduct financial reviews and provide accurate information, allowing customers to make informed decisions on financial products and services. You’ll manage your diary and balance proactive conversations with planned customer meetings.
Your duties will include:
* Supporting the bank’s operations to assist as many customers as possible.
* Maintaining relationships with colleagues to support customers and align with business aims.
* Resolving complaints and errors promptly to restore customer relationships.
* Ensuring each customer interaction leaves them satisfied with their needs met.
The skills you'll need:
To join us, you’ll have experience in a customer service environment and managing customer relationships. Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential to meet performance measures and customer needs.
We’re also looking for you to demonstrate:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A background in a regulatory environment.
* Good technology skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
* A customer-focused attitude.
