Position: Operations, Maintenance & Facilities Contracts Manager

Staff or PAYE Contract
The OM & Facilities Contracts Manager is responsible for driving strategic contracting across the organization. The role develops and implements a category management approach, creates annual procurement plans, and manages the contract lifecycle from strategy to performance. They lead the post-award contract management, ensuring contractors meet performance targets. The role also needs to demonstrate skills in MRP implementations and management.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Contribute to strategy development papers, invitations to tender, evaluation plans, recommendations to award, and negotiating plans to ensure alignment with company goals
* Conduct regular performance discussions with direct reports, fostering cross-functional cooperation and mentoring emerging leaders within the department.
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing maintenance contracts within the Oil & Gas Industry
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing large EPC contracts
* Experience in MRP implementations and management, using different MRP systems as deterministic / reorder point, etc.
* Vast experience in the contracts domain within the Oil & Gas industry
* Proficient in Oil & Gas Supply Chain Management within the UKCS’s regulatory frameworks, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and contracting practices
* Demonstrates strong commercial and contractual acumen.
Educational Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields.
* Certified in CIPS, CSCP, PMP, CPSM, etc.
Other Requirements
* The role may require travelling offshore for certain business requirements.
