Job Description
A leading UK insurance law firm is looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Property Damage team. You will manage complex, high-value property damage claims, policy coverage disputes, product liability, fraud cases, and subrogated recoveries, working with some of the UK's largest insurers.
This role offers the opportunity to lead on significant litigation, provide strategic advice, and conduct advocacy, mediations, and trials. Provide strategic guidance on issues including fires, escapes of water, and construction failures.
Draft detailed legal advice, handle high-level negotiations, and manage instructions to counsel. Deliver training seminars and workshops to insurer clients, contributing to client relationships and business development. Mentor junior lawyers and support the growth of the team.

The Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor / CILEx with property damage experience
* Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
* Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
* Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
