Job Description
Tiger Private is seeking a highly professional and experienced Private PA to support a busy UHNW principal. This role requires a proactive, tech-savvy, and flexible individual who can seamlessly manage schedules, emails, financial tasks, and personal errands while maintaining the highest level of discretion. The Private PA will need to be London based and be available for in-person meetings (25 hours a week) and will be expected to anticipate the principal’s needs with precision and efficiency
Key Responsibilities
* Scheduling appointments, meetings, and personal events.
* Planning and booking domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
* Managing and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other communications.
* Running personal errands such as shopping, picking up dry cleaning, arranging personal appointments, and overseeing home-related tasks.
* Organizing personal events
* Handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
* Overseeing household staff, ensuring the smooth running of daily household operations
* Assisting with managing personal finances, tracking expenses, paying bills, and helping with budgeting as needed.
* Conducting research for personal projects
* Acting as the main point of contact
* Maintaining records, files, and databases related to personal or household matters
* Offering general administrative support, including organizing personal documents, reminders, and keeping track of important dates
Requirements and Essential Skills
* Over 5 years of experience working with UHNWI
* Outstanding organizational skills, financial acumen, and attention to detail.
* Background in working closely with wellness professionals, with a strong interest in the field.
* Strong relationship management skills and fluency in English.
* High level of flexibility to adapt to the principal’s schedule
* Knowledge of London’s top services and networks for seamless day-to-day management.
* A degree is required.
* Proficiency in Google Suite, Notion, and other tech platforms to enhance productivity.
* High level of trust, confidentiality, and professionalism required.
* Self employed
* Strong research skills and the ability to analyse large volumes of data by tracking and interpreting findings
* Valid DBS (Enhanced)
* ICO registered
Salary: £25 p/h
Location: 25 hours a week in person, Central London
