We're looking for a talented People Services Coordinator to join our dynamic People team in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. This is a fixed term contract position covering maternity leave for a period of between 12-16 months. As the People Services Co-Ordinator you’ll be working within our small shared services team supporting multiple office sites, providing comprehensive People Services support to colleagues across the group at all levels in relation to Human Resources, Talent/Recruitment and Learning & Development. Working flexibly, you'll spend most of your time working from home, with one day a week spent in the office (so living within a commutable distance to Haywards Heath, West Sussex, would be perfect. But of course, it’s your choice - if you prefer to be in the office more - that's good with us too If you possess strong administration and communication skills, are self-motivated, and brimming with energy, you’re a perfect match. You'll be a great fit for the role if you have these skills: Proficient IT Skills: You’ll need to be adept at using People systems (such as Workday for example). Administration skills: Experience of working within a HR, Learning & Development, or Talent/Recruitment environment is essential. Effective Communication: You’ll need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and will enjoy engaging with stakeholders across all organisational levels. Time Management : You’ll be skilled at prioritising tasks effectively and working in a fast-paced environment.
