Job description Brickability Group plc are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our Finance team in our Bracknell office. The Credit Controller is responsible for the day to day management of a debtors ledger and cash collection for a business / set of customers within the Brickability group of companies to maximise collections and minimise risk. Reports to: Finance Director Key Responsibilities Proactive liaison with customers and / or sales team including via telephone, email and letter Prompt management and resolution of queries Maintenance of a clean ledger Debtor account reconciliations Cash allocations / postings Customer account set up / credit checking / management of credit limits Escalation of issues as appropriate to FD Support of cash forecasting, debtor reporting and audit processes as required Support to the wider Towelrads Finance team where required Personal Attributes 2 years experience working in Credit Control / Finance role Experience of using Microsoft Great Plains / Bistrack / Other Accounting Packages Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills Calm and assertive being able to communicate across all levels of the business. Capacity to prioritise tasks and work under pressure Methodical with attention to detail and accuracy Desirable- AAT / ICM student Desirable- Knowledge of construction industry / distribution businesses Job Type: Full Time 830am 5pm Working Days Monday-Friday Work Location: Bracknell Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required) ADZN1_UKTJ
