Counter Fraud Team Lead

Are you someone who loves leading teams, supporting Counter Fraud investigations, and driving Counter Fraud strategies? This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience in Counter Fraud to lead a team of Counter Fraud Property investigators while supporting the business in driving performance and delivering top-quality outcomes.
A bit about the job:
As a Counter Fraud Team Lead, you’ll oversee a team conducting property claims investigations, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices. You’ll collaborate with various departments to share insights, provide recommendations for process improvement, and ensure investigations are timely and effective. Your team will look to you for guidance, as you allocate tasks, monitor and drive performance, and support their development. The role will also involve keeping abreast of new fraud trends and ensuring that our Counter Fraud prevention strategies stay ahead of emerging risks.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in leading a counter fraud team or investigations teams ideally.
* Technical knowledge of fraud detection, investigations, and compliance, ideally within the Property claims or Insurance industry.
* Ability to monitor, analyze, and act on counter fraud data, identifying trends and recommending process improvements.
* Excellent leadership skills, with experience in coaching, developing, and motivating team members.
* Good understanding of regulatory and legal requirements related to fraud prevention and investigations.
