As Project Administrator, you will provide professional, efficient and effective administrative support to the Project Safe Haven team. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will ensure that our systems are effective, and that the project team has the administrative help they require to deliver this transformative project successfully. You will work closely with the project team, contractors and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project delivery.
As well as the Project Safe Haven team, you will work closely with the Finance & Administration Team to ensure seamless integration between PSH and the rest of UPS, with occasional requirements to cover for administrative colleagues working within other departments. As Project Safe Haven develops and moves closer to delivery, there will be opportunities to work closely with colleagues in departments across UPS such as Operations, Heritage & Learning, Fundraising & Communications.
