As our industry continues to grow, so do we We are now looking for an Assistant HSEQ Advisor to help ensure that Cadeler is proactive, up to date and complies with HSEQ-related standards and industry Best Practice. What will you do? As our new Assistant HSEQ Advisor, you will conduct internal HSEQ audits and follow-up on open findings. Furthermore, you will implement HSEQ management system processes & procedures. You will collaborate with internal departments and assist the vessel and project teams with all HSE related matters. Your main tasks include: Support with HSEQ matters in the office. Provide support to execute annual HSEQ improvement program. Conduct contractor assessment for internal projects based on existing HSEQ requirements. Manage monthly HSE reporting and HSEQ related administration. Support the organisational processes and culture to ensure that HSEQ matters are core to the services we deliver. Support to accident investigations and follow-up on actions. We think you will be a good match if you: NEBOSH general certificate ISO 14001 & 45001 internal auditor - preferred. UK writing and verbal skills at a high level. Preferably a minimum of 2-3 years experience within Wind Offshore or Oil & Gas industry.
