They are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Working Hours: Monday Thursday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM 4:00 PM / 4:30 PM Salary: Competitive, based on experience Key Responsibilities: Matching, checking, and coding invoices Matching invoices with purchase order dockets using the company app Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts Data entry and invoice filing Handling supplier queries when required Supporting office operations as needed Essential Criteria: Experience using Sage 50 Accounts Professional Previous experience working in an accounts office Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to meet deadlines and work independently Self-disciplined with a professional and pleasant telephone manner Desirable: Experience working in a civil engineering environment If you meet the criteria and are looking for a new opportunity, wed love to hear from you
