Contract Type: Permanent Part-time Role - 24 hours per week
Overview of Role
BA Components are looking for an individual with a strong eye for detail and passion for exceptional administrative skills to join our HR team as an HR Administrative Assistant at our Cookstown Site, Co Tyrone Site.
What you can expect in this role:
1. Respond to employee queries received into the HR Mailbox, liaising with the Group HR representative on our Doncaster Site.
2. Collate, update and file employee records appropriately.
3. Assist with the recruitment process by arranging interviews and acting as a contact person for applicants to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
4. Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, and probation review letters.
5. Maintain and update employment records on our HR NTD System.
6. Maintain employee benefits such as our long terms service awards and our EAP/Healthcare cashback plan.
7. Process weekly and monthly changes to feed into payroll.
8. Generate, interpret, distribute and present various HR data reports to our line managers.
9. Update our communication app regularly to reflect internal changes within the company.
10. Act as company note-taker during employee relations meetings, such as investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and the employee committee.
11. Onboarding - communicating, checking, and following up on new starter information including compliance requirements, e.g. Right to Work checks.
12. Annual Leave - calculating holiday leave entitlement, adding approved leave to the company HR System.

Experience / Skills Required
You should apply if you have:
1. Minimum of degree level in HR/Business or Level 3 CIPD.
2. Minimum of one-year administration experience.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).
4. Exceptional attention to detail.
5. HR Administrative experience.
6. Experience of working with NTD or a similar HR system.
7. Experience of note-taking in complex situations.
