What You’ll Bring:
HR Connect is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Support Consultant to provide essential support to our sales and account management teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer orders, and facilitating smooth communication between customers and account managers.
What You’ll Achieve:
As Sales Support Consultant you will:
* Troubleshoot customer orders, account statuses, and other related issues
* Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute sales strategies
* Stay updated on new product launches and ensure the sales team is fully briefed
* Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and experience
* Make outbound calls to arrange service-review meetings for customers and account managers, in line with the account management SLA
* Conduct outbound consultative marketing calls to build and maintain relationships with customers and promote HR Connect services
* Support the transition of prospects into active users by working closely with HR Connect’s operational teams and business support
