This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, award-winning contractor known for delivering high-quality projects across Northern Ireland. The project involves the construction of a large steel portal frame building, featuring cladded exteriors, concrete floors, machine pits, and extensive high-level M&E services. External works will include drainage, ducting, and concrete surfacing. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing all site activities from groundworks through to project completion. Managing subcontractors and direct labour to ensure project timelines are met. Ensuring health & safety regulations and quality standards are strictly followed. Coordinating with engineers, designers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Managing project schedules, budgets, and site logistics efficiently. Reporting progress regularly to senior management. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or industrial projects. Strong background in steel frame construction and associated M&E services. Ability to lead teams effectively, problem-solve, and manage tight deadlines. Comprehensive knowledge of H&S regulations and quality control procedures. IT proficiency for project documentation and reporting. Valid CSR/CSCS card and full UK driving licence. Why Apply?
