We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and conscientious individual with at least 3 years experience in general practice to join our team as a Senior Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem-solving skills. The post holder will be expected to perform a wide range of administrative and clinical tasks on behalf of the clinical team. They must have excellent communication skills, strong GP IT proficiency, and experience with EMIS searches. They must be able to work well under pressure and enjoy working flexibly within a multi-disciplinary team setting.

Killick Street Health Centre is a stones throw from Kings Cross station and serves a diverse population of 13,000 patients. We pride ourselves on high-quality, patient-centred care. We have big clinical and administrative teams that work alongside each other in a friendly and open-door way. The practice is led by 6 partners (5 GPs and a pharmacist). Following the recent retirement of our long-serving practice manager, we are undergoing an innovative re-organisation of the management of the practice. Our Pharmacist Partner holds an executive manager role and all partners have lead area responsibilities. The Clinical Performance Assistant Manager will work alongside our new Operations Assistant Manager to run the practice day-to-day. We also have in our team a finance manager and clinical coder.
We are active participants in our PCN (with 6 other practices) and a member of Islington GP Federation.
