Job Description:
We are looking for a fixed term HR Shared Services Administrator to join our small and established HR Shared Services team in the West Midlands.
You will be an integral part of the People team, delivering a proactive HR administrative service to the business. This role provides first-line support on HR transactional matters and is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, responding to inquiries promptly with professionalism.
Location: We offer a hybrid working environment, giving you the flexibility to work both from home and in our office (in Oldbury, West Midlands). This balance allows you to stay connected with your team while enjoying the benefits of remote working.
Responsibilities:
* Have previous experience of working within a HR Shared Services setting or a similar high-volume administration role.
* Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task a high volume of daily work requests and meet deadlines.
* Have a problem-solving approach, able to address and resolve issues.
