Job Description
We are seeking a Retail Shift Manager to join our team at Lidl. As a key member of the Store Team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards day after day.
Your responsibilities will include motivating and supporting your team, swiftly solving problems and delegating tasks, creating an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you, managing operations within your Store, and handling freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management.
You will also be responsible for giving our customers the very best experience every time they visit your store.
