The School of Accounting, Finance and Law at the University of Bedfordshire is currently recruiting Hourly Paid Lecturers to contribute to the teaching on its portfolio of postgraduate Law courses (LLM): LLM International Business Law and LLM International Dispute Resolution.
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering face-to-face teaching at our Luton campus. The role includes providing feedback on formative assessments, and carrying out assessment setting, marking, and feedback.
We particularly welcome applications from academics or practitioners with expertise in the following subject areas:
International Dispute Settlement/Resolution (international adjudication and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms), International Trade Law (CISG, WTO law), International Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility, Transnational Human Rights and Climate Change Litigation.
You will be an excellent communicator, enjoy working as part of a team and be committed to your own personal development within your area of specialisation. As these opportunities are specifically to support the development and delivery of our taught courses, ideal candidates would have experience in teaching and assessment work. Familiarity with online educational platforms and experience of online teaching would be an advantage.
