Job summary We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced person with a positive outlook, to fill the position of Fire Safety Advisor on a permanent basis. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as are solid IT skills. As part of a small, dedicated Fire Safety team, you will have the ability to manage your own work schedule, while responding to ad-hoc requests, at times within tight time limits. Acting as the Trust's Fire Safety lead, you will assist the Fire/Health and Safety Manager with all projects and day to day operational matters and providing advice, guidance, support, and assistance on matters relating to fire safety management. Working closely with the Estates and Capital Project teams, Health & Safety Department, and other departmental managers to ensure the provision of a fire safe environment for patients/staff/visitors and to facilitate sustained/improved patient care and wellbeing in relation to fire safety.
