Hours: Full-Time, 35 Hours per Week
Salary: £34,039 - £39,331 (DOE)
Location: Flexible home working with a requirement for fieldwork within designated patches
Are you an experienced Neighbourhood Manager looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting for two dynamic professionals to join our client's team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.
The Role
As a Neighbourhood Manager, you will manage a defined patch of properties, delivering exceptional tenancy and estate management services to residents. You'll take ownership of your patch, ensuring tenants feel supported and their homes and communities are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tenancy and estate management, including pre-void inspections and new tenant sign-ups.
2. Conduct home visits to address tenancy issues and breaches.
3. Manage low-to-medium-level anti-social behaviour cases.
4. Perform annual tenancy audits (minimum of 20% of patch properties).
5. Investigate potential tenancy fraud or subletting concerns.
6. Implement minor environmental improvements using a defined budget.
7. Liaise with councils and stakeholders to manage neighbourhood projects.
8. Represent the organisation at agency meetings related to community safety and development.
9. Handle administrative procedures such as tenant rights, mutual exchanges, and abandoned properties.
About You
To excel in this role, you'll need:
1. Experience in tenancy and estate management.
2. A proven ability to manage anti-social behaviour cases and tenancy breaches.
3. Strong communication and organisational skills.
4. Confidence in managing budgets and authorising payments.
5. A collaborative mindset to work with local councils and stakeholders.
6. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
