You will executive the innovation strategy, identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and ensuring alignment between the Innovation portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with BSI’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and manage an innovation project portfolio aligned with BSI’s goals and strategic objectives. Monitor the performance and progress of innovation projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals. Prioritise initiatives with the portfolio based on strategic importance, return on investment and available resources. Lead cross-functional teams and manage operational execution of Innovation Studios, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and within budget. Ensuring projects follow approved innovation workflows and respective governance objectives are adhered to. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within current innovation processes and propose solutions. Implement tools and platforms that support innovation management (e.g, idea management software, project tracking tools). Work closely with the Innovation Leadership Team to help define and refine the company’s Innovation strategy. Regularly communicate portfolio status, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners. To be successful in the role, you will have: Proven experience within Innovation Management, Product Development or Portfolio Management in technology-driven or fast-paced environment. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation. Strong understanding of innovation methodologies, such as Design Thinking, Agile, or Lean Startup.
