Weekly Pay No weekend work Training provided Immediate starts Day to Day Duties As a Marketing Assistant, your duties will be, but not limited to: Content Creation: Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, newsletters, and product descriptions. Social Media Management: Support the management and growth of our social media channels by creating posts, monitoring engagement, and scheduling content. Campaign Support: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Event Coordination: Assist with organising company events, exhibitions, and trade shows, including preparation of promotional materials and logistics. Digital Marketing: Assist in the execution of digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimisation (SEO) efforts to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Email Marketing: Support the creation and management of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, template design, and performance analysis. Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to support the development of effective marketing strategies. Database Management: Help manage customer and prospect databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information for email marketing and outreach campaigns. Reporting: Assist with tracking and reporting on digital marketing and campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, email marketing platforms). Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications. Essential Skills Skills needed to be a Marketing Assistant with our client are: Education: A degree or relevant qualification in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Experience: Prior experience in marketing or related roles is desirable, particularly in digital marketing, SEO, and email marketing. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter), and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, SEO tools like SEMrush). Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices and how to optimise content for search engines. Experience with email marketing platforms and the ability to segment lists and design templates for campaigns. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and communicate effectively across multiple platforms. Creativity: Ability to generate fresh ideas for marketing campaigns and problem-solving in a creative manner. Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all marketing materials and communications.
